Paula Molina Acosta is a Colombian-American writer originally from the Maryland side of the DMV. Her science fiction and graphic memoir are interested in queer pasts, Latinx futures, and the interconnectedness of all things.
Molina Acosta won the 2020 OutWrite Chapbook Competition in Fiction, and has received support from the Sundress Academy for the Arts. and the Anderson Center.
She earned her MFA in Creative Writing from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, where she teaches undergraduate creative writing and literature.
